The Wild Grain is a vibrant online platform that represents the diverse range of the Rice University English Department’s projects and programs. Our role is to highlight the creative and scholarly endeavors undertaken by the undergraduates, graduate students, and faculty that make up our amazing department. We are a publication that seeks to bridge the complex conversations occurring each and every day in our classrooms with the rest of our campus, our Houston communities, and our world at large.
